KonMari Consultant and Master of Public Health Jenny Albertini started her career as a global public health advisor with the U.S. government before joining one of KonMari’s very first Consultant Programs and switching paths to professional organizing. It didn’t take her long to realize the two fields weren’t so different – disorganization was profoundly affecting her clients’ physical and mental health.

Jenny has now published her first book Decluttered: Mindful Organizing for Health, Home and Beyond. In it, she blends science and stories to explore the habits and beliefs that lead us to – and away from! – disorganization. In celebration of her joy-sparking accomplishment, we’ve partnered with Jenny on a special giveaway dedicated to decluttering and well-being.
