Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this online promotion for Bookfinity’s Nashville Book Club Crawl Getaway (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you are entering to win a trip to Nashville sponsored by Ingram Book Group LLC d/b/a Bookfinity, hereinafter (“Sponsor”). You agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all the eligibility requirements below. “Bookfinity” is a registered trademark of Ingram Book Group LLC.
Eligibility: To be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes,
you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the
District of Columbia and 18 years or older at the time of entry and has a
valid email address. Void where prohibited. All entries submitted with the
aid of any device capable and with the purpose of generating automatic entries
shall not be accepted. Employees of Ingram Book Group LLC, its affiliates
commonly known as Ingram Content Group, prize contributors, and the
immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to
participate.
Prize(s) and Winner Selection Method. The
Sponsor will award the prize to one or more individuals who enter on the DojoMojo site
available at: https://www.dojomojo.com/promo-lookup/55651fab-2d7d-47f8-8a14-a745aa6fa3a9.
Potential winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries
received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If
you are a winner, an e-mail notification will be sent to you on behalf of the
Sponsor.
You must
have a valid US shipping address to enter or receive a prize. Limit one entry
per person . Prize(s) will be fulfilled by the Sponsor to a valid shipping
address in the US. Prize(s) will be delivered by the Sponsor using the shipping
address you submit. Each winner is responsible for paying any taxes and any
other expenses incurred, including any income taxes, sales or use taxes, value
added taxes, goods and services taxes, or harmonized sales taxes. Throughout
the term of this Sweepstakes, you will provide the Sponsor or any participating
contributors with any forms, documents, or certifications as may be required
for Bookfinity or Sponsor to satisfy any legal requirement, information
reporting, or withholding tax obligations with respect to any payments related
to this Sweepstakes.
How
to Enter: You may enter
the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes site Bookfinity’s Nashville Book Club
Crawl Getaway (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and
completing the Sweepstakes entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per
person/email address (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described below).
Additional entries per person/email address, excluding “Bonus Entries” will not
be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is
strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries
received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole
discretion. Upon successful entry,
you will be eligible only for the prize associated with your entry. All entries are subject to verification by
us. Failure to submit all required information may result in disqualification.
All entrants and entries are subject to verification by us. Entries will not be
acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the
entrant, entries made online are deemed made by the authorized account holder
of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The potential winner may be
required to provide us with proof that the potential winner is the authorized
account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. The
Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am CST on 8/15/2026 and ends at 11:59pm CST on 9/15/2026
(the “Entry Period”).
Bonus Entries: Each person
who submits an entry to the Sweepstakes will have the opportunity to obtain
additional entries by performing listed social actions. A valid initial
Sweepstakes entry is required before any bonus entries will be credited. No
purchase, payment, or social media account is required to obtain bonus entries.
For each action performed, the user will
receive the allotted amount of bonus entries listed below.
Entrant will
receive 2 additional entries for referring someone.
Entrant will receive 2 additional entries for Following Bookfinity on
Instagram at htps://www.instagram.com/bookfinityofficial/.
Entrant will
receive 2 additional entries for Sharing at the sweepstakes link on Facebook.
Entrant can
receive a total of 6 additional entries by completing all bonus entry actions.
For a free alternative method of obtaining
bonus entries, send a single hand-printed postcard to Ingram Book Group LLC,
Attn: Marketing Sweepstakes, 1 Ingram Blvd., LaVergne, TN 37086, with your
name, email address, and a note requesting “Bonus Entries." Each valid
postcard received will be credited with six (6) bonus entries, equivalent to
the maximum number of bonus entries available online.
Drawing: After the Entry Period, on or about
10/7/2026, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all
entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries
received.
Notification and Requirements of Potential
Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5)
business days of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond
within seven (7) calendar days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will
select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all
remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be
contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to
complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity
release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within
seven (7) calendar days of receipt, an alternate potential winner may be
selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries
received.
Prize(s): One
(1) grand prize will be awarded and one (1) winner will be chosen. The
approximate retail value ("ARV") of the grand prize is $1700. The
actual value of the prize may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and
the actual value will not be awarded. The winner is solely responsible for all
applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Additional Terms: Sponsor may modify or cancel a
Sweepstakes at any time. Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for:
(a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry
information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized
access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device
resulting from downloading Sweepstakes materials.
Sponsor
may in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (x)
tampering with a Sweepstakes; (y) violating these Official Rules; or (z) acting
in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner on or off the website in regard to
the Sweepstakes, or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete
and robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entries will be disqualified with
no notice to the entrant.
EACH
PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). If you win a prize, you may not transfer,
assign, or redeem the prize for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize with a
prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. No greater than the
number of prizes stated on the Sweepstakes Landing Page will be awarded. If any
errors occur in the selection of a potential winner, or if more prizes are
claimed than specified, Sponsor may award the prize(s) by random drawing from
among all eligible claimants. All prizes made available for a Sweepstakes may
not be awarded in the event Sponsor does not receive a sufficient number of
qualified entries for an applicable Sweepstakes.
Consent to Marketing and Promotion by Sponsor and Prize
Contributors. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to being
placed on Sponsor’s e-mail and marketing mailing list and the marketing mailing
list of any prize contributors, to receive information and other
marketing materials from us and for purposes of communicating this promotion
status, and for services and offerings of Sponsor consistent with our Privacy Notice and that

officers, consultants, professional advisers, employees, agents, and prize
contributors, and Ecommerce Advisors LLC d/b/a DojoMojo (collectively, the
“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted,
garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone,
electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer or
communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries,
losses or damages caused by events beyond our control or by non-authorized
human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any
materials associated with the Sweepstakes .
Each Sweepstakes is
governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of
laws principles. By entering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and
venue of the state and federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee for
any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering
a Sweepstakes, you agree (for yourself and your heirs) that Sponsor and
Released Parties will have no liability, and will be held harmless by you, to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, from and against liability, loss, injury or
damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees
and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of
the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in the
Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of any of the
Released Parties.
You agree
that Sponsor’s decisions related to the Sweepstakes and all distribution of
prizes are final. Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Sweepstakes,
Sponsor and its respective affiliates may use the winner’s name and likeness in
any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional
compensation, including posting in a winner’s list, except where prohibited by
law, and Sponsor and its respective affiliates may be required to disclose the
winner’s address to state regulatory authorities.

self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
