The Associated Companies have provided prizes to the Sweepstakes but only Florida International University C/O SOBEWFF is sponsoring the sweepstakes and responsible for operating the Sweepstakes. No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Eligibility: Win a Trip to the South Beach Wine & Food Festival®! (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to anyone who is at least twenty (21) years of age and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-inand lives within the continental United States and has a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and the associated companies are not eligible to enter.

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00am EDT on 1/21/2020 {{e (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will end on {{2/8/2020e}} at {{11:59PM EDT)campaignEndTime}}.

How to Enter: At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the sweepstakes site www.dojomojo.com/landing/campaign/887fcbbb-7050-46a0-a0ca-0c4fd4611333 (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and completing the Sweepstakes entry form. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described below). Additional entries per person/email address, excluding “Bonus Entries” will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

Drawing: After the Entry Period, on or about 2/08, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing by email. If a potential winner does not respond within right after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners will be contacted. Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.

Two (2) nights at a SOBEWFF partner hotel, single room 

Prizing Conditions: SOBEWFF event tickets are redeemable only for the events in question and are not exchangeable for other events or cash value. Any tickets not redeemed will be forfeited upon conclusion of each event. All events are subject to availability. Substitutions are valid at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Hotel stay is only valid for dates issued and are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute another property, at their sole discretion. Hotel stay does not include taxes, fees, room service, gratuity, or incidental expenses. Additional nights at the Hotel are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Airfare credit valid toward domestic travel and does not include baggage and handling fees, seat upgrades, taxes, fees, or any additional expenses incurred during travel. Sponsor will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate prize winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Winner and travel companion must have valid photo ID and any other required documentation. Prize must be used on dates specified or prize will be forfeited.  Travel non-transferrable. Dates are subject to change. 

If weather affects the ability for winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guests are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. In the event Grand Prize winner's home is in close enough proximity to trip destination, Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion that a flight is unnecessary, and the prize will not include air transportation and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof
